思遥的工作坊对我来说是全新的体验,从感受自身各个部位最基本的觉知开始,一点点探索身体的语言,做完了之后神清气爽!情绪与身体表达的部分是我最喜欢的,虽然并不能很明白这个过程中到底发生了什么,但我觉得身体所能表达的就是真实且真诚的,值得用心感受。推荐 :)
(The workshop has been a brand new experience for me. We started by touching and feeling our bodies. Little by little I explored my bodily languages. After the session, I felt refreshed! The part that I loved the most was when we explored emotions and bodily expressions. Although I didn't understand what happened to the body during this exploration, I felt that my body expressed itself honestly. This is an experience of the heart. I recommend it :) )

The movements were not big but the body heated up. I almost fell asleep during the guided deep relaxation. Feeling more refreshed than after a night of sleep!

王丹,真的超级舒服 注重呼吸和自身的感受 做完以后身心都很轻松,稍微有点难度,但是可以尝试,觉得讲解很细致,很放松

桐雨,对一些动作之前不理解或者做不到,根据分步骤讲解可以做到了,发力方式有新的体验
